Delivery Terms:

• A 50% advance payment is required at the time of order confirmation. The remaining balance is due upon product delivery.

• Price quotations provided for bulk orders are valid for 10 business days.

​

• Delivery and installation within Istanbul are included and handled by our company. For shipments outside Istanbul, transportation and installation fees are calculated based on quantity and location.

• All products are covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

Warranty​:

• Breakage or loss of tension in springs

​

• Noise originating from the carriage system or pulleys

​

• Tearing or stitching failure in fabric components such as handles, straps, and fuzzy loops

​

• Surface wear or coating deterioration on tower and trapeze components

​

• Structural breakage of the push-through bar

​

• Breakage or structural failure of carabiners
